I’m pretty sure the definition of rape is ‘sex initiated without consent.’ Or, to put it in simpler terms, non-consensual sex.

The entire scene is sickening to read. Dick is going, “No, don’t touch me.” and Tarantula is ignoring him (and the fact that he’s in shock) completely.
